On November 6, 2024, a Jefferson County Jury found my client not guilty of DUI, theft and disorderly conduct following a day long trial. My client and his family were attacked by a group of thugs at a bowling alley. Attempting to leave the situation, the police were called and of course stopped my client in the parking lot as he was trying to flee the situation. Of course, the police contacted the other parties and arrested a female on her warrant. The police allowed the male to take the female's bag which contained a gun the male had threatened my client. Complete incompetent police work which was heavily criticized by the jury (we spoke with them after the verdict).
